Those are some really good choices in books! Can wait to see what you read and what you think of the books!
ReplyDeleteAwesome stack to choose from. I might add Shadow Kiss. I'm halfway through frostbite now so should be finished by Monday, I haven't read any Lord of the Rings books. That sounds bad being from New Zealand! I haven't even seen the movies. Lol. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteEveryone is saying Shadow Kiss is the best in the series, so I definitely want to see what all the fuss is about. I'm excited!
DeleteI recently watched the Lord of the Rings movies(for the first time) last month and fell in love with them. I definitely understand why everyone loves them. So I decided to pick up the books and I was SOOOOO surprised by how much more detail the book has. I mean, I expected it to have more, just not this much more. It's a really great read so far!
I liked Lola, it was a pretty quick read too! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI definitely want to read it because it seems like a cute, fun read. As well as a quick one!
DeleteThanks for visiting my blog! Good luck on your goals. :)
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, awesome readathon TBR picks! Good luck to you, I hope you meet your goals! =)
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteThe only way I made it through Tolkien was a little bit at a time. Good luck, and Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteThat's what I'm doing! It's such a great read, but with all of that detail, it has definitely been taking me awhile.
DeleteWow! those are great choices! I LOVE the Lunar Chronicles. Good luck with your goals!
ReplyDeleteI've heard GREAT things about the Lunar Chronicles!
DeleteI've been listening to The Fellowship of the Ring. I think I have about 2ish hours to go. I can't get over the level of detail and how much more there is in the book than in the movie...I mean obviously there's more but it's SO much! Even just listening I feel like I have to keep taking breaks.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the rest of your goals for the week!

The detail is crazy! I just recently watched the movies for the first time last month, and it's insane how much detail is in the books. I am curious, how's the audio version of The Fellowship? I definitely understand what you mean about having to take breaks! It's just so much!
DeleteI totally loved Cinder! It was awesome! Paper Towns was an okay read for me. Love your TBR and hope to see your reviews soon!
ReplyDeleteGreat goals as well!
Good luck!
Thank You :)
DeleteOooh, Allegiant! What did you think of Insurgent? I'll be reading that one next week (among others) and heard mixed things about it.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with all your goals and happy reading!
Here's what I'll be reading next week
Vicky
Insurgent was good. It was kind of boring in the beginning, but it picked up later on! The ending was really good!!

DeleteI found that for me The Fellowship of the Ring was a very slow read too. There was just so many more information than in the movies. I managed to finish that one, but it took me ages. Hope you have better luck! Good luck with your goals, Angelica :)
ReplyDeleteIt really is a slower read with so much information. I'm enjoying it, but it definitely is going to take me some time to read it. I'm hoping I can get a good chunk knocked out this readathon!
DeleteYou have a great lineup planned-Paper Towns is an amazing book! Good luck with your goals :)
ReplyDeleteI've heard really good things about Paper Towns! I'm excited and hope to get to it!
