Top Ten Tuesday [6]

Hosted by  The Broke and the Bookish

Top Ten Tuesday- Today is a freebie so I decided to  do Top Books being turned into movies that I wan't to see, or are out but I haven't watched.

1) City of Bones- this movie right here is probably my most anticipated movie. I really enjoy the series, and although I'm not a big fan of the first book, I am really excited for the movie!

2) Divergent- this is another movie that I'm really excited to see. As of right now we only know the cast, and a few pictures. I hope it turns out good, and one scene that I'm really looking forward to is the fear scene, where Tris goes in Fours fears.

3) The Maze Runner- I'm definitely planning on rereading this book before the movie. Dylan O'brien is playing Thomas. I mean...need I say more. The thing I'm most looking forward to is meeting Minho(favorite character) and seeing how they create the Glade!

4) Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters- When I first saw The Lightning Theif, I admit, I really thought it was a good movie. Then I decided to read the book and my first thought was, "did I pick up the right book?" because so much was different/left out. As well as the kids being really old compared to how they were in the book. However I'm both excited and nervous to see how Sea of Monsters goes.

5) Catching Fire- Need I say more! Who isn't excited for this movie. FINNICK!!

6) The Great Gatsby- This is a movie I've been DYING to see, but for some reason I haven't. I need to change that and see this movie ASAP!

(These last ones are movies that I have yet to read the book to but plan on it before seeing the movies)

7) Beautiful Creature- I still have yet to finish this book, and to be honest, I don't know if I will. I really do like the storyline, so I want to check out this movie.

8) Warm Bodies- I haven't read the book either, but it sounds intriguing and the movie looks enjoyable. I plan on changing that soon.

9) World War Z- I haven't read this book either, but I just recently saw the trailer for this movie and it looks absolutely amazing! It seems like something I would really enjoy, and so I plan on picking this book up ASAP!

10) The Hobbit- I want to read this book so bad so I can finally see the movie. And after finding out that Manu Bennett is in it(whom I absolutely love) it just gives me more of a reason to read this book and watch the movie!

  1. Great picks! I really want to see The Mortal Instruments.

    1. Thank you!
And yes, I feel like The Mortal Instruments is going to be a good movie!
