With Thanksgiving coming up this Thursday in the USA, we thought it would be fun to see what we're all thankful for! This can be bookish or not. It's completely up to you!

Here's my list (in no particular order)-

1) Family- as frustrating as they can be at times, I couldn't imagine my life without them.
2) Friends- The people who I can talk to about anything and always make me laugh
3) Music- because every now and then there's a song that comes along and changes you.
4) TV Shows/Movies- I mean, honestly, I would be miserable if I wasn't able to watch my favorites shows/movies.
5) Coffee- Without a doubt, 100 percent, I love coffee and I would be a complete mess without it.
6) Dogs- My two babies, Ralphie and Piper, who have been in my life since I was a kid.
7) The Blogger Community- Because you guys are fantastic.
8) BookTube- because I love making videos on youtube and intereacting with them.
9) Holidays- one of the few times my entire family gets together.
10) Books- My love. My life. What I do when I'm happy, sad, bored, or anything else!

Top Ten Tuesday [15]

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday feature is ten books I was forced to read. Whether it be for school, or because every other reader was bragging about how amazing the book was and kept on recommending it.

1) Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater- Everyone was bragging about this book and I couldn't even finish it. It's just...AHHHH!
2) The Lord of the Flies by William Golding- This one I had to read for school and couldn't even finish it. I HATE this book.
3) A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespear- Another read for school, however this one I absolutely loved. It became one of my favorite plays.
4) Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl- Everyone was talking about how amazing this book is, and it was so slow. I still haven't finished it and I honestly don't know if I will.
5) The DUFF by Kody Keplinger- Such a popular book that I was so glad I finally read.

Books I still have to read because I feel like I'm being "forced"
1) The Fault in Our Stars by John Green- Everyone is talking about this book, but I still have yet to read it. I'm excited to get to it.
2) A Game of Thrones by George RR Martin- Everyone is such a huge fan of the show, and the book series. I want to join in so when I do get to this book it will be an accomplishment!
3) Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead- A vampire book that everyone loves. I'm excited to check it.
4) The Book Theif by Marcus Zusak- This has been on my shelf for years now and I still have to read it.
5) Eon by Alison Goodman- This has been on my shelf as long as The Book Thief has and I still have to read this one as well. Everyone loves it.

Top Ten Tuesday [14]

Top FIVE Tuesdays is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
Top FIVE Sequels
1) Clockwork Prince(TID) by Cassandra Clare- All I can say...PHENOMENAL
2) City of Ashes(TMI) by Cassandra Clare- So much better than City of Bones.
3) Tiger's Quest by Colleen Houck- Such a great series, and this was an amazing sequel
4) Insurgent by Veronica Roth- I thought this wasn't as good as Divergent, but it was a fantastic follow up to it.
5) Uncommon Criminals by Ally Carter- Again not as good as Heist Society, however it was a great follow up book.

Top Ten Tuesday [13]

Top Ten Tuesdays is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
Top Ten Words/Topics That Will Make You NOT pick up a book:

1) Religion- Now, I know some people love this, however I just can't do it. Religion is something that is very important for some and not so important to others. For me, I'm on the not so important side. Obviously ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is wrong with books that deal with it, but they're just not for me.

2) Animals- I'm a HUGE animal lover, just not in books! I think that's the main reason I haven't read The Knife of Never Letting Go.

3) Non-Ficiton- I've only read a few and the ones I have read were for school.

4) Poetry- I've tried! I just can't get into it.

5) Depressing- Not really into those types of books. That's why I haven't read The Fault in Our Stars yet.

6) Insta Love- I usually try to avoid these. If it's a book that I'm really interesting in reading of course I will read it, but when I see this, it does make me lose interest.

7) Horror- I LOVE horror movies, however horror books don;t really interest me. I would much rather watch a horror movie than read a book about it.

And that's it. Not ten, I know, but this is what I got!

Top Ten Tuesday [11]

Top Ten Tuesdays is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

Top Ten Most Intimidating Books:

-A Game of Thrones (we all know why I really want to read this) by George R.R. Martin
- Under the Dome by Stephen King- I knew this book was being made into a show and for that I really wanted to read it. But then I saw the size of the book and...DAMN!
- The Fault in Our Stars by John Green- Yes, I know. It's most likely a sin that I haven't read the book, but I'm not a fan of sad stories, and I heard from EVERYONE that this story is heartbreaking!!
- Les Miserables by Victor Hugo- I mean, just, I don't think I could read this.
CLASSICS
- Pride and Prejudice
- Sense and Sensibility
- Mansfield Park all by Jane Austen- For some reason these books really intimidate me!
- Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte- This is very intimidating as well.
Hamlet by William Shakespeare- I enjoy his writing, but for reason I keep putting this off.
- Great Expectations by Charles Dickens- I've been wanting to read this but I always put it off.
